Where are you located?

How much experience do you have?

"Maker" experience - decades. Online sales experience - since 1996, with a dedicated e-commerce Web site that launched in 2006. (You can read more details in the "About" section.)

 

What payment methods do you accept?

You'll see the list of payment options along the bottom of the site. PayPal, all major credit cards, and many other payment options are available, always safe and encrypted.

 

How quickly will my order ship?

Items are crafted and shipped as quickly as possible, always within a week of purchase (unless otherwise noted), and post office shipping trips are made several times a week. 

 

Is shipping really free? What does that mean for pricing?

Absolutely. No charge for shipping, ever. The listed price you see may look a little high, but remember that you're not paying $4 or $14 or $24 for shipping. What you see is what you pay.

 

How will my item be shipped?

USPS (United States Postal Service) Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail will be used to ship your purchase. Arrangements for a different type of shipping service can possibly be made.

 

What countries do you ship to? 

Only the United States at this time. Canadian customers may choose to have their purchase shipped to a friend/relative/business/parcel-receiving company in the U.S.

 

Will I receive tracking information when I place an order?

Absolutely. You'll receive an informational thank-you message, shipping/tracking information, as well as delivery info. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received any communication.

 

Can you make a custom item?

Quite possibly, depending on the request. Feel free to ask!

 

What about personalization on an existing product I see?

Depending on the item, it's possible a name, names, initials, a date, year, a title, a school (you name it) might be able to be added (or changed). 

 

How often do you add new items?

Frequently. so please check back often.

 

My item looks slightly different from the photo. Why?

Each item truly is one-of-a-kind. Patterned pieces may be cut in a slightly different area, leading to a bit of a different pattern arrangement. Wood grain markings and patterns always vary, even on the same piece of lumber. Paint or stain may have a slight difference in color. It all adds to the uniqueness of your individual item!

 

Do you accept any returns? 

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of all items, no returns or exchanges can be accepted. However, if you have an issue with your order, please don't hesitate to contact me.

 

Do you offer any wholesale items or bulk purchasing?

Wholesale is being pondered, so it doesn't hurt to ask.   ; )   Bulk orders are very welcome and will receive price breaks - let's talk!
